When Lauren and I think about our family and friends, we realize we are surrounded by many people who are “all heart.”

Neil Cole is certainly one of those people.  Neil has been a tremendous help to us with our non-profit media organization, Emote360.  He’s been blessed with a beautiful family, and he’s the type of guy that, even when you can’t see it on his face, you just know he’s smiling.

Thank you Neil, you and your family are a tremendous blessing to so many…

Whoever said church was boring, anti-artistic and outdated hasn’t been to Antioch.

I was blessed to shoot some portraits of the Antioch Staff this last week.  Some of the brightest, most talented people I know.  Servants.

We were blessed to spend some time with Seth, Jen and their wonderful family in Pacific City on the Oregon Coast this week.  Please enjoy a few of our favorite images…

Have you ever met someone at the age of 3 or 4, then suddenly gotten a call from their Mother, who is a dear friend, and were asked to shoot the now 17 or 18 year old’s senior portraits?  Well it happened to me, and time really does move that quickly.
What can I say about Kit? I see so much of her Mother in her, a wonderful thing. In all senses of the word, she’s a rockstar.

Kit played the accordion for us as we shot, a tune that still plays through my mind. I dug it so much that I decided to listen to accordion music while I edited her session, couple that with recently watching the French film Amelie and you might see where my inspiration came from in the processing.

For the photogs:  Nikon D700 with Photoflex Octodome3 lit by a SB800, posted in Lightroom using my own custom presets, finished with Kubota Image Tool’s “Pogo” Sloppy Border from Bor-Tex.  Assisted by the wonderful team of Amanda and Tiffany.

Rock on…

J.C and Jill have a beautiful family, and their newest addition is already a one year old.  J.C. and Jill own and operate Connexion Printing Consultants so now you know where to go should you need any rad printing.

Here’s a few images from our short time with Harrison, rock on!

We were blessed to spend some time with Traci who is about to have her second child.  We enjoy taking Mothers to be out into the beautiful Central Oregon surroundings.  Traci rocked it!

100% of our wedding clients end up having babies, at some point.  I’m pretty sure that has nothing to do with us, but it’s a good streak…  Meet the newest addition to the Ostler family…

Hollywood is about to inherit a wonderful actress…

Aaron is a Godsend and has been a huge help with our media NPO, Emote360.  He stopped by last week for a quick sesh, this is my favorite…

Rachelle and I went to high school together.  She's an incredible actress and needed some new headshots, so, on a very sleepy morning for the both of us we rocked them.
